About Us

Dr. Steven F. Sampson founded his practice on Washington Ave. over 30 years ago. Throughout his many years in practice, he became well known for evaluating patients with visual issues following a brain injury as well as children having difficulty with reading. He eventually began his role as a consultative optometrist for Deaconess HealthSouth, now known as EncompassHealth. Dr. Sampson practiced independently until 2017, when Dr. Sarah Moreau joined the office.
