Dr. Eric Moreau & Dr. Sarah Moreau

Optometrists

Dr. Eric Moreau grew up in Wisconsin and received his undergraduate degree in Human Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.  He received his Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University.  Dr. Eric enjoys training for triathlons and has completed Ironman Wisconsin as well as numerous Half Ironman races.  He also holds the rank of Major for the Alabama Air National Guard serving as Chief of Optometric Services for the 187th Fighter Wing.  He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Indiana Optometric Association, and the Armed Forces Optometric Association.

Dr. Sarah Moreau grew up in Newburgh, IN and received her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from DePauw University.  She also received her Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University.  Dr. Sarah enjoys coaching soccer and has been the assistant varsity coach for the Memorial Lady Tigers soccer team since 2013, including the 2017, 2021, and 2022 2A State Championship teams.  She is a member of the American Optometric Association and Indiana Optometric Association.

All the activities they participate in are made more enjoyable by involving their family.  They also enjoy running races as a family and most recently completed the Dopey Challenge together.  The Moreau family believes in a team approach to everything, both at the office and at home with their 4 children: Leona, Oliver, Jackson, and Willa.

In January 2020, Dr. Eric and Dr. Sarah purchased Dr. Sampson's practice, allowing him to retire.

Upon taking over the practice, Dr. Eric and Dr. Sarah chose the name Performance Vision.  That name was chosen because it truly represents our goal for our patients.  We want to help your eyes perform to their fullest potential.  While seeing 20/20 is important, we also address how your eyes perform together and how your brain processes that information.
